Account Registration
To access certain features of Directoury, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Directoury and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

User Content

- Your User Content is accurate and truthful based on your actual experience with the services or products reviewed.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

The Directoury service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Directoury and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You agree not to use Directoury:

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Directoury, a Directoury employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service.
- To attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of the service.
- To scrape, mine, or gather data from our platform using automated means without our prior written consent.
- To post false, misleading, or deceptive reviews or content.
- To use our services for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization.
Reviews and Ratings
Directoury provides a platform for users to share honest reviews and ratings of tour operator software and services. We strive to ensure that all reviews are authentic and beneficial to our community.
When submitting reviews, you agree to:
- Base your review on personal experience with the product or service.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Not post reviews in exchange for compensation or as part of a paid campaign unless disclosed.
- Not post reviews for competitors with the intention of lowering their ratings.
- Not use offensive, profane, or hateful language.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate these guidelines or our Terms.
Vendor Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about vendors and their products, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any vendor information on our platform. Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings and product information.
The inclusion of any vendor on our platform does not imply our endorsement of such vendor. We recommend that you conduct your own research before making any purchasing decisions.

YOUR USE OF DIRECTOURY IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DIRECTOURY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DIRECTOURY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DIRECTOURY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM (i) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (ii) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (iii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (iv) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (v) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (vi) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Directoury, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Directoury service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Directoury.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
